After seeing that his last release  “Brindavanam” is one of his best hits, Jr.NTR has now shifted focus onto his next film  “Shakti”. Directed by Meher Ramesh,  produced by Ashwini Dutt’s gift to Telugu film fans, celebrating his 25 years as a producer.

The shooting of  “Shakti” is presently happening at Ramoji Film City. Starring Ileana and Sonu Sood, the movie also has Bollywood actors like Jackie Shroff and Pooja Bedi playing vital roles. The movie will include loads of special effects, computer graphics and animation.

It is heard that the producer is planning to see that the talkie part of the shooting will be completed at the earliest. One hears that ”Shakti”  has a number of surprises in store for Telugu audience, and it is one reason why this is going to be the costliest project made for any Telugu film so far! Let’s hope that the efforts of many writers, brings some novelty to Telugu films.
